Yes, all sessions can be recorded with prior notice. We'll provide a recording link within 24 hours after the consultation. Some packages include professional transcription services.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before the consultation at no charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable but can be credited toward future services.

Do you offer group consultations for teams?
Group consultations (up to 6 participants) are available at a 20% premium. For larger teams or organization-wide training, please contact us for custom pricing.
