What is the minimum number of seats?

Two. For one person, buy the course itself from its page: the price is the same as a single seat and the access link arrives straight away.

How is the price calculated?

Every seat is billed at the discount of the tier your seat count reaches: 10% from 2 seats, 20% from 5, 30% from 10 and 40% from 25. Where a larger licence would cost you no more (9 seats against 10, or 22 to 24 against 25), we give you the larger one at that price.

Can we pay by bank transfer and quote our PO number?

Yes, whatever the size of the licence. Fill in the bank transfer form: you receive a quote immediately, and our invoice follows within one business day with your PO number on it. The seats are activated as soon as the transfer is received. You can also pay by card and still have your PO number printed on the invoice.

Do you issue a VAT invoice?

Yes. Prices are shown excluding VAT. A card payment produces an invoice in your company name with your VAT number; a bank transfer is settled against our own invoice. EU business customers with a valid VAT number outside Belgium are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism.

Can we reassign a seat when someone leaves?

Yes. Removing a participant frees their seat at once, and you give it to someone else from the same page. Certificates already issued stay valid: they record an exam that was passed.

Can different people follow different programmes?

A licence covers one programme, so a team that needs two takes two licences, each priced on its own seat count. If people will move across subjects, the Masterclass gives every seat all 20 certification courses.

Can we add seats later?

Yes. Write to info@regulation-dora.eu with the number you need: we add them to your existing licence and keep your volume price for the additional seats.

No. The seats, the enrolments and the certificates have no end date.

Are the implementation toolkits included?

No. A seat covers the courses, the exams and the certificates. The document toolkits, including the files that come with an individual Masterclass purchase, are separate products we can quote for your team.

Why the export matters: DORA Article 13(6) requires financial entities to run ICT security awareness programmes and digital operational resilience training as compulsory modules for all staff, senior management included. When a supervisor or an auditor asks how you meet it, the export names who was trained, on what, and with which result.
