Cryptaguard SRL is a cybersecurity and compliance consultancy registered in Brussels, Belgium. We are ISO 27001 certified specialists in DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) compliance. The Site provides educational content, interactive compliance tools, training courses, and premium advisory services to European financial institutions and related entities.

2.1 Free Services

• Workshops: On-site or remote team training programmes (up to €4,999)

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, tools, course materials, reports, schemas, and code — is the property of Cryptaguard SRL or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Personal, non-commercial use of free content is permitted provided you retain all copyright notices and attribution to regulation-dora.eu.

4. Purchases and Payments

Paid products are processed via Stripe or PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's own terms and privacy policies in addition to these Terms.

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable VAT where relevant. VAT will be applied at checkout in accordance with EU regulations based on your billing country.

Digital products (courses, reports) are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Access to course materials is granted for the duration stated at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Courses: A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• Webinars: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a live event are eligible for a full refund. No refund is available for recorded webinars once accessed.
• Consultation and Workshop services: Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations within 5 business days may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Reports: No refund once the report has been downloaded.
