DORA Register of Information — Builder & Validator

Build your Register across all 15 ITS 2024/2956 templates, check it against the EBA validation rules for the DORA module and the closed lists of the EBA data point model, then export the xBRL-CSV report package.

The Register of Information is a structured inventory that every financial entity must maintain documenting all contractual arrangements with ICT third-party service providers, the ICT services received, and the functions they support, as required by Article 28(3) DORA and the templates in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2956. It is reported annually to competent authorities (with a reference date as of year-end and submission typically by around 30 April) in xBRL-CSV format, where each template is a CSV table linked by relational keys. Your data stays in your browser: nothing is uploaded. This is a professional aid; validate against your NCA's current taxonomy before filing.

These build the file name and the parameters.csv of the xBRL-CSV report package, following the EBA Filing Rules v5.5 naming structure ReportSubject_Country_FrameworkCodeModuleVersion_Module_ReferenceDate_CreationTimestamp.

The DORA module is published in EBA reporting framework 4.0, applicable for this module since 03/2025: that is what these two defaults point to, and frameworks 4.1 to 4.3 do not carry DORA. The module moves to framework 4.4 (phase 1), expected 12/2026, so a register with a reference date at the end of 2026 will most likely file under 4.4. Check your authority current taxonomy and adjust these two fields when that happens.

Building and validating are free: export needs the licence. Unlock the xBRL-CSV report package: the table CSVs under their taxonomy column codes, report.json, FilingIndicators.csv, parameters.csv and the META-INF wrapper, named to the EBA filing rules. Reusable for every annual submission. Cancel anytime.

Checks applied: the 49 active EBA validation rules published for the DORA module (EBA validation rules 4.3 (2026-06-23), DORA module, active rules only), each failure reported under its own VR code; the 20-character LEI checksum (ISO 17442 / ISO 7064 MOD 97-10), which is stricter than the EBA pattern rule; and resolution of every cross-template key against the template that defines it. Structure and closed lists follow the EBA Annotated Table Layout DORA 4.0 (2024-12-17), reporting framework 4.0 and the EBA DPM 2.0 glossary 4.0 (2025-01-29).

Questions

Is my register uploaded to your servers?

No. The builder runs entirely in your browser and nothing you type is sent to us. That is also why you should export and keep your own copy.

What is free and what is paid?

Building and validating the register is free, and the validation is the real one: the active EBA validation rules published for the DORA module, the closed lists of the EBA data point model, and the ISO 17442 LEI checksum. The annual licence unlocks the export of the xBRL-CSV report package.

Does the export file my register with the authority for me?

No, and we deliberately do not claim it does. It produces the xBRL-CSV report package: the table CSVs under their taxonomy column codes, report.json, FilingIndicators.csv, parameters.csv and the META-INF wrapper, in the folder structure and file name of the EBA filing rules. Sending it through your competent authority portal stays yours, and you should check the package against your authority current taxonomy version first.

Which templates are covered?

All 15 templates of ITS (EU) 2024/2956, B_01.01 to B_07.01 plus B_99.01, with every column of the EBA annotated table layout. Coded fields are dropdowns holding the EBA member codes, so what you export is what the taxonomy expects.

Is the LEI check real?

Yes: the full ISO 17442 mod-97-10 checksum, not a length check, so a transposed character is caught.
