Register of Information

DORA Register of Information — Builder & Validator

Build your Register across the key ITS 2024/2956 templates, validate the controlled vocabularies (20-char LEI checksum, ISO country/currency codes, ICT service types) and completeness, then export clean per-template CSVs for your xBRL-CSV submission.

The Register of Information is a structured inventory that every financial entity must maintain documenting all contractual arrangements with ICT third-party service providers, the ICT services received, and the functions they support, as required by Article 28(3) DORA and the templates in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2956. It is reported annually to competent authorities (with a reference date as of year-end and submission typically by around 30 April) in xBRL-CSV format, where each template is a CSV table linked by relational keys. Your data stays in your browser — nothing is uploaded. This is a professional aid; validate against your NCA's current taxonomy before filing.

Building is free — export needs the licence. Unlock clean per-template CSV export (ready to assemble into the xBRL-CSV package), reusable for every annual submission. Cancel anytime.

Validation rules applied: LEI fields must be exactly 20 alphanumeric characters (uppercase A-Z and 0-9) and pass the ISO 17442 / ISO 7064 MOD 97-10 check digits. . Country fields must be valid ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 codes (e.g. DE, FR, BE) - no full country names. . Currency fields must be valid ISO 4217 three-letter codes (e.g. EUR, USD, GBP). . Date fields must use ISO 8601 format YYYY-MM-DD; an end date, where present, must not be earlier than the corresponding start date. . Coded fields (enum, boolean, country, currency, servicetype) accept only values from their closed list - no free text allowed. . ICT service type fields must use a code from the standard service_types list and must not be left blank when a service is reported. . Relational keys must resolve: every contractual arrangement reference number, provider identification code, LEI and function identifier referenced in one template must exist in its source template (B_02.01, B_05.01, B_01.02, B_06.01 respectively). . Monetary/cost fields must be non-negative numeric values and, where a value is given, the corresponding currency code must also be provided. . Required columns must be non-empty for every row before the register can be exported or submitted.

Questions

Is my register uploaded to your servers?

No. The builder runs entirely in your browser and nothing you type is sent to us. That is also why you should export and keep your own copy.

What is free and what is paid?

Building and validating the register — completeness checks, controlled vocabularies and the ISO 17442 LEI checksum — is free. The annual licence unlocks the per-template CSV export.

Does the export file my register with the authority for me?

No, and we deliberately do not claim it does. It produces clean per-template CSVs ready to be assembled into your xBRL-CSV package; the submission to your competent authority stays yours.

Which templates are covered?

The key ITS (EU) 2024/2956 templates from B_01.01 to B_07.01, with coded fields rendered as controlled dropdowns.

Is the LEI check real?

Yes — the full ISO 17442 mod-97-10 checksum, not a length check, so a transposed character is caught.
